Rules & Regulations

Children under 5 stay for free!

  • Office Hours are from 10:00 a.m. – 12 Noon and 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. You may bring your dirty towels in for a fresh exchange only during this time.
  • Check – In Time is 2:00 p.m. and check- out is 11:00 a.m
  • Pool hours are from 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • No Pets Allowed
  • No lifeguard at the pool. Parents are responsible for their children and should never leave them unattended in the pool area.
  • No glass bottles or food allowed in pool area.
  • Towels provided are for cabin use only and are not to be used in the pool area or resort grounds. Please bring beach towels from home for the pool area. We do not provide sheets, pillows or blankets for the hide a beds or futon. If you plan to use futons or hide a beds, please bring your own linens. No items shall be transferred from one cabin to another. Upon departure, please wash all dirty dishes and take trash to dumpster.
  • No fish cleaning in cabins.
  • We do not allow visitors at the resort. Resort grounds and amenities are for resort customers only. No Exceptions.
  • Keys to the cabins will not be issued until your cabin is paid in full. There is a two night minimum stay on all weekends except holiday weekends which is a three night minimum stay. On your day of departure, please leave key in the cabin and cabin door open.
  • Please keep in mind that any guest in violation of the above rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

Refund Policy

You can cancel a reservation within a 24 hour period after making the reservation. Any cancellations or no-shows after that period you will be charged for one night’s lodging.

Disclaimer: acts beyond our control such as bad weather, rain, power outages, will not be grounds to cancel reservations or receive refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
