Check-in/out: Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Please notify us in advance if you will arrive after 7 p.m. There will be an additional charge for guests not checked out by 11 a.m. Prior arrangements must be made with management for other check-in/out times. Occasionally cabins may be available prior to 2 p.m., if you would like to arrive earlier please contact us via email or phone to check availability.
Reservations: We begin accepting reservations on January 1st for that year. Due to high demand we highly recommend making reservations early as possible to ensure availability. This is especially important for holiday seasons as typically reservations will be full before March.

Memorial Day Weekend - 3 day minimum stay - May 30, 2016 (Weekend: 28th and 29th)
Independence Day (July 4th) - 3 day minimum stay - Monday, July 4th, 2016
Labor Day - 3 day minimum stay - Monday, September 5th, 2015 (Weekend: 3rd and 4th)
To reserve a stay with us during a holiday weekend as listed above, your three day reservations must include the holiday as one of the days. To keep it flexible, for example, this can be two days prior to the holiday then the holiday, the holiday then two days after; or one day before the holiday, the holiday, and the day after.
As we can get very busy we have no standard office hours. Messaging to find us wil be posted on the
door when office is not open. You may bring your dirty towels in for a fresh exchange.
Check - In Time is 3:00 p.m. and check- out is 11:00 a.m
Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
No Pets Allowed
No lifeguard at the pool. Parents are responsible for their children and should never leave them unattended in the pool area.
No glass bottles or food allowed in pool area.
Towels provided are for cabin use only and are not to be used in the pool area or resort grounds. Please bring beach
towels from home for the pool area. We do not provide sheets, pillows or blankets for the hide a beds or futon. If you
plan to use futons or hide a beds, please bring your own linens. Upon departure, Upon departure please wash all dirty
dishes and take trash to dumpster.
No fish cleaning in cabins.
Resort grounds and amenities are for resort customers only. No Exceptions.
Keys to the cabins will not be issued until your cabin is paid in full. There is a two night minimum stay on all weekends
except holiday weekends which is a three night minimum stay. On your day of departure, please leave key in the cabin
and cabin door open.
Please keep in mind that any guest in violation of the above rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
